COUNTERfit Drug Users’ Memorial Project
The Drug Users’ Memorial Project was established in 2010 as a remembrance, healing and community arts initiative. We created an 8 foot copper flame monument to commemorate community members and loved ones who have died due to the war on drugs.

Diabetes Eye Screening Program – Teleophthalmology
Yearly diabetes eye screenings can reduce the risk of diabetes-related damage to the eye (retinopathy) which, if left untreated, can cause vision loss.

Urgent Care – Clinical
Urgent care for clients that are not feeling well and want to be seen by a provider the same day is available for registered SRCHC clinical clients only. Clients may be referred to the hospital or a walk-in clinic, if needed.
