Oakridge Health & Harm Reduction Hub

The Oakridge Health and Harm Reduction Hub offers walk-in services for people who use drugs and other substances.

Our goal is to improve the health of people who use substances, and better connect local residents with health, social and community services they may benefit from.
You do not need a health card, family doctor or medical referral to use the hub’s services. This is a sex work and drug-positive, judgment-free space. Everyone is welcome.

Services offered  

  •  Harm reduction supplies (for example, injection, stems, bowls, chasing the dragon, foils
  •  Counselling
  • Peer support
  • Referrals to other health, social and community services (for example, case management, housing, healthcare, social work, ID clinics)

The Oakridge Health and Harm Reduction Hub is an initiative of East Toronto Health Partners (ETHP), the Ontario Health Team serving East Toronto. Three ETHP member organizations support and/or provide services at the hub: Comprehensive Treatment Clinic, South Riverdale Community Health Centre and St. Michael’s Homes.
