COUNTERfit Drug Users’ Memorial Project

The Drug Users’ Memorial Project was established in 2010 as a remembrance, healing and community arts initiative. We created an 8 foot copper flame monument to commemorate community members and loved ones who have died due to the war on drugs.

Growing From Grief

A 12-week program for womxn identified folks who have experienced grief due to trauma or loss and want to learn & share coping skills and strategies.

HEP C

The Toronto Community Hep C Program is an innovative, community-based, client-centered collaborative care model which provides HCV support, education, and treatment to individuals living with, or are otherwise at risk of acquiring Hepatitis C infection.

MATCH Midwifery

The MATCH Program offers a wide variety of services related to pregnancy, labour, and birth, as well as postpartum care for infants and adults, well-gynecological care and pregnancy options counselling.

Mobile Outreach

The mobile outreach program delivers harm reduction materials and resources to people who use drugs and live in our catchment area.

Outreach Clinic

This is a walk-in clinic for people who have difficulty accessing health and social services because of drug use, homelessness and/or mental health problems.

Safer Opiate Supply (SOS)

Our Safer Opioid Supply Program (SOS) addresses the overdose crisis by transitioning people away from toxic and contaminated street opioids to pharmaceutical grade opioids.
