Our Mobile Health Clinic launched this past year to bring care directly into neighbourhoods across East Toronto.
The clinic delivers primary care, vaccinations, health screenings, and health promotion services in community settings — reaching people who may face barriers to accessing traditional clinics, including transportation challenges or unstable housing.
Working alongside community partners such as Red Door Shelter and WoodGreen Community Services, the mobile team meets people in familiar, trusted spaces. This approach not only improves access, but also helps build relationships and connect people to ongoing care.
