Over the past year, we continued to advance the work of our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, and Anti-Racism (IDEAA) Action Group, reinforcing our commitment to living our values every day.

Co-chaired by our CEO and a staff member, the group brings together voices from across the organization to help guide meaningful change. Its focus is both practical and long-term: understanding staff experiences, identifying gaps, and taking action to build a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

The group is helping to:

  • Gather staff feedback and lived experiences
  • Review policies, programs, and practices through an equity lens
  • Recommend changes that support inclusion and accountability
  • Build staff capacity through training and learning opportunities
  • Strengthen how we communicate and embed these practices across the organization

Just as importantly, it creates space for open, honest dialogue — so our team feels safe to share their perspectives and help shape the organization’s future.
