Our Seniors’ Active Living Program helps older adults stay healthy, feel connected, and live with independence, all while celebrating their unique stories and cultural backgrounds. Our programs are also co-created with participants, so they truly reflect the needs, traditions, and preferences of the seniors we serve.

Activities are offered in multiple languages — including Bengali, Cantonese, English, Mandarin, and Tamil — so people can fully participate in ways that feel familiar, welcoming, and comfortable.

Through fitness classes, wellness programs, arts, educational workshops, congregate dining programs, and social events, older adults stay active and form meaningful connections with peers who share their language, culture, and life experiences. From gentle exercise and fall-prevention activities to mindfulness programs, community choirs, and cultural celebrations, these programs nurture both physical and mental well-being, helping seniors feel seen, valued, and part of a community.
