Seniors Mental Health and Wellness Groups
The Seniors Mental Health and Wellness Groups offer a safe and supportive space for older adults to share experiences, connect with others, and build resilience. Through guided discussions, mindfulness practices, and wellness activities, the program supports emotional well-being, reduces isolation, and encourages healthy coping strategies for aging with dignity and confidence. Seniors Active Living Centre programs are open to individuals aged 55 and older.
