HART Hub

The East Toronto Homeless and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub provides low-barrier, evidence-based healthcare, social services, and housing support to individuals who actively use drugs or who intend to stop. This includes primary healthcare, case management, day programming, addiction medicine, day detox, crisis referrals and support, Indigenous counselling, mental health and addiction counselling, voluntary trusteeship, psychotherapy, psychiatry, access to housing options, and other services.
