Harmony Community Food Centre

Harmony CFC is a warm and welcoming space for community members to come together to share, cook, grow, and advocate for food. We focus on food access, food and gardening skills, community engagement, cultural and traditional pride and food, and knowledge sharing. We have youth programs, child and family programs, cooking programs, garden programs, meal programs, an affordable market, volunteer opportunities, and much more!

Program FAQ

  • Are you a Food Bank?

    We are not a food bank. Please see the list of Food Banks and Meal Programs in East York and South Scarborough provided above. We are a Community Food Centre. We have a free, delicious, warm, Halal meal every Wednesday from 3:30pm-5:00pm and a free Breakfast program every Monday, 11:00am-12:00pm.

  • Do you take volunteers?

    Yes! We are so happy that you are interested in volunteering at Harmony CFC. Please send an email to [email protected] and we will invite you to the next volunteer orientation. Please see the program page for Harmony CFC Helping Hands for more information.
