Getting seniors’ support at SRCHC

We know that your needs can change throughout different phases of your life.

At SRCHC, we support older adults by providing practical, respectful, and community-focused care. That means health programs designed for seniors, movement groups to help you stay healthy, and places where you can connect with others who share your culture, language, or life experiences. Whether you're managing health complications, looking to connect with your community, or looking for an activity to do during the week, we’re here to make things easier.
