Chair Yoga for Seniors is a gentle seated exercise class designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength. This class includes stretching, breathing, and relaxation exercises. Suitable for all mobility levels. Seniors can move comfortably and confidently at their own pace in a supportive and welcoming environment. Seniors Active Living Centre programs are open to individuals aged 55 and older and require a $20 annual membership for access to all programs.
