In partnership with FontBonne Studio On The Hill (967 O’Connor Drive, Toronto), the 8-week progam works with community members experiencing stress, chronic disease and isolation. The program provides an opportunity to learn mindfulness techniques while learning to work with clay. The expereince and practice supports stress reduction, improved health & wellness while increasing social connections.
