An 8-week program for Cantonese- and Mandarin-speakers to build crafting skills through mindful exercises that will help with staying focused and being calm. Participants with interest in pursuing wellness by balancing physical, mental and social states will enjoy the interactive crafting circle through mindful activities and being creative with yarn. Mindful exercises, presentations, discussions, sharing and hands-on activities will be the routine. Participants will find a safe space to share their experiences and resources.
