Food brings people together, and in Bengali culture, tea is a symbol of warmth and hospitality. The Tea N Chat program creates a welcoming space for Bengali seniors to connect, share stories, and enjoy meaningful conversation over a cup of tea. This program helps reduce loneliness and fosters a sense of community and belonging. Seniors Active Living Centre programs are open to individuals aged 55 and older and require a $20 annual membership for access to all programs.
