Led by a certified instructor, this program teaches Tai Chi through slow, gentle movements and physical postures in a safe and supportive environment. Weekly practice can help improve balance, flexibility, and reduce the risk of falls for older adults. It is suitable for all health levels, including those who use wheelchairs. Classes are free and open to individuals who speak English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
