Yoga classes for seniors include a mix of seated, standing, and floor-based poses designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength. Each class incorporates stretching, breathing, and relaxation practices. Suitable for all mobility levels. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace in a supportive and welcoming space. Seniors Active Living Centre programs are open to individuals aged 55 + and older and require a $20 annual membership for access to all programs.
