Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a proven approach that offers helpful tools and skills for managing low mood and anxiety. This 9-week group is designed for people who use drugs and/or engage in sex work, and will guide participants through the Living Life to the Full CBT workbook series alongside group activities in a supportive environment.
