Who we work with
We support individuals who have faced barriers to accessing mainstream healthcare. Many of our clients are low income or experiencing homelessness and have current or past lived experience with substance use. These experiences often involve navigating stigma, discrimination, and structural oppression that can lead to shame and blame around Hepatitis C. Our team works within a harm reduction framework and uses a peer support model to ensure care is respectful, supportive, and empowering.
Referral information
We accept referrals from individual providers, community agencies, and clients themselves.
