Stretching and Relaxatioin
Starting March 12th we will be offering a gentle Stretching and Relaxation class.
The class will be held on Mondays from 3:30-4:30 in the A/B room.
This will be a drop-in style class, so no sign-up or registration is required. All adults are welcome, including folks with mobility limitations.
The focus of this class will be to introduce people to the concept of mind-body connection through movement and mindfulness relaxation strategies.
