Doctors and nurse practitioners offer one-to-one clinical services to people who have difficulty accessing conventional health care. As part of an interdisciplinary team, we strive to treat the whole person as well as specific health concerns. Our goal is to help patients take control of their health as much as possible, as well as help them access the programs and services they need.
