Health Care Clinic

Doctors and nurse practitioners offer one-to-one clinical services to people who have difficulty accessing conventional health care.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, we strive to treat the whole person as well as specific health concerns. Our goal is to help patients take control of their health as much as possible, as well as help them access the programs and services they need.

Primary services include:

  • regular check-ups and follow-up appointments
  • treating and managing acute and complex needs
  • birth control
  • sexual and reproductive health care
  • abortion counseling
  • pre- and postnatal care (includes breastfeeding support)
  • immunization and flu shots
  • foot care and chiropody (including orthotics)
  • home visits
  • shelter outreach
